CableChum

ships orders out of our Ontario warehouse. On some occasions products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer in cases where a product has been back ordered - in which case we will go the extra mile in order to ensure you receive your product in a timely manner.  Most in-stock orders placed before 3pm EST will ship out the same day. All on-line orders will receive an automated tracking number once the order has shipped from our warehouse. Orders can also be shipped collect on your account by providing us with a courier and account number. 

 

Handling and Transit Times
On average most orders will be shipped the next business day. Processing time can take up to 24-48 hours. Once processed, the delivery time can take anywhere from 1-10 business days depending on where you are located in Canada, and from 5-30 business days for the United States.(Please note that our warehouses are only open from Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM.) Orders placed over the weekends will be processed on Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed over the Holidays and special Promotional Events can extend the processing and shipping time.

 

Shipping to Canada
Shipping offered on-line within Canada are via Post Canada, UPS, and Purolator. We can ship with other couriers at the customer’s request. All applicable taxes are charged at time of order.

 

Shipping to the US
When shipping to the US, CableChum covers all brokerage and duties on all ‘Free Ground Shipping’ or prepaid orders. Brokerage and duties are not covered by CableChum when shipping collect on your account. State taxes may be requested by the courier at the time of delivery, please consult with your state laws for further clarification.

We are not able to process APO/FPO shipments on-line at this time. Please contact us via phone or email and we would be happy to assist you with your order.

Important Note: We cannot guarantee if you will, or will not be charged custom taxes or duties on your particular order.  Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its' destination.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.  If you have any questions on orders going to the U.S, please contact us at your convenience contact us.  The carrier used for shipping your order will have this information readily available to you.

 

Signature Required

By default, a signature is required by the courier upon delivery. If no signature is required by the customer, a special request can be added to the cart at checkout. Please note, if no signature is requested by the customer, it is the customers responsibility if a shipment is lost or stolen once the shipment has been delivered to the specified address.

 

Shipping Outside Canada and the US
At the current time, CableChum  does not ship outside Canada or U.S.
