Welcome to the CableChum® FAQ page. Your satisfaction is our first priority, so in order to better serve you, we have created this FAQ page to answer questions that may arise either during shopping for specific products, or during the order processing.

 

Do you ship outside of Canada?    

CableChum® currently ships across Canada and the United States. Certain conditions may apply (size and weight of shipment, territory).  If anything funky arises once your order is placed, our processing department will get in touch with you and sort things out.

 

How long will it take to process my order?    

CableChum® takes great pride in offering great customer service.  Your order will be diligently prepared and processed within 24hrs of your payment approval. Orders placed during holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

What happens if any items are backordered?    

Although we make every effort for the items you shop for online are always in stock, in some instances backordered items do surface from time to time.  In this case you will not be charged until your item ships, and an email notification will be sent to let you know when you can expect your item to ship.

 

How does CableChum® ship my order?  

Every package leaving CableChum.com is carefully packaged before shipping. Larger or oversized products will be shipped in its original packaging. Most orders will be shipped from one of our Canadian warehouses via Purolator ground, UPS ground, FedEx, unless otherwise specified in the order. You will receive an email providing you with the tracking number associated with your shipment. Couriers do not ship to P.O. Box numbers. Weekend delivery is not available. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

 

How knowledgeable is CableChum® on wire & cable?    

Quite a bit!  With over half a century of cumulated experience behind the scenes in the wire & cable industry, CableChum® can not only assist you in your choice of cable products, but can also assure any technical support.
